Dr. Brooke was born and raised in Wallowa County and grew up working at Double Arrow with her dad, Dr. Randy Greenshields. She left home to attend college at Oregon State University and graduated with her Bachelor’s in Animal Science then pursued her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Oregon State Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine. After working for a few years as part of the Double Arrow team, she bought into the practice as partner with Dr. Randy in 2025. Dr. Brooke is married to the love of her life, Jakob, who supports her wild schedule and dreams. They live on small acreage where they have a pack of loved pups, a couple horses, and several chickens. Dr. Brooke has been part of many local events and continues to be committed to the community who supported her for so many years, including the Chief Joseph Days Rodeo, Wallowa County Stockgrowers Association, 4-H & FFA clubs, and the Eagle Cap Extreme Sled Dog Race. When she manages to find the time, she loves taking a long drive with her husband and dogs, singing on her church worship team, reading books, working in her garden, or hiking in the beautiful Eagle Cap Wilderness. Dr. Brooke feels blessed to have team members and clients that feel like family and to live in such a beautiful area!
